Join a global outsourcing partner supporting a leading cloud technology client , where sales is driven by consultative conversations, not cold pressure . In this role, you'll work with SMBs, agencies, and decision-makers , identifying growth opportunities and delivering real business value.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow existing B2B client relationships
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in a cloud-based ecosystem
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Engage with C-level and business decision-makers
  • Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and retention
  • Stay updated on technology and digital trends

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in prospecting, account development, and closing deals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Interest or basic knowledge in cloud / SaaS solutions
  • German (B2+/C1) + English (B2)
  • Solution-oriented and proactive mindset
  • Willingness to relocate to Kraków
