What You'll Do
- Manage and grow existing B2B client relationships
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in a cloud-based ecosystem
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Engage with C-level and business decision-makers
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and retention
- Stay updated on technology and digital trends
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
- Experience in prospecting, account development, and closing deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Interest or basic knowledge in cloud / SaaS solutions
- German (B2+/C1) + English (B2)
- Solution-oriented and proactive mindset
- Willingness to relocate to Kraków
