About the Role

As a German account manager you will act as a trusted advisor for German businesses helping them optimize their digital advertising campaigns . Your role will have a direct impact on their success as you work towards sales targets while contributing to the expansion of the clients customer base across EMEA .

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized digital advertising strategies .
• Provide performance-driven recommendations to maximize ROI .
• Engage with clients via phone, video calls and email building long‑term partnerships.
• Work towards sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer experience .

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1 minimum) and proficiency in English.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6-12 months of experience in advertising PPC campaigns or outbound sales (preferred).
• Strong leadership analytical and communication skills .
• Passion for marketing technology and digital advertising .

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: gross per year (based on experience).
• Sales bonus package: Up to 3000 - 4290 gross per year .
