Mission
Provide technical support in the area of expertise throughout the Sales and Product and Service Delivery process.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the development of technical job designs as required.
- Identify areas where new and cost-effective techniques can be applied.
- Explore opportunities for value-added products and services.
- Consult with Design / Technical Engineer roles to optimize technical design.
- Assist in real-time incident response, recovery, and investigation related to the area of expertise.
- Evaluate technical viability and appraise tenders related to the area of expertise.
- Stay current on new technologies.
- Maintain customer visibility through participation in professional society activities and calls for papers.
- Understand the competition’s technical offerings.
- Participate in external technical societies and communities.
- Contribute to, write, and review technical publications.
- Engage with local universities, customer institutes, and research organizations.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a BSc or MSc in Geophysics.
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Proficiency in English.
