Intrum is seeking a skilled IT Platform professional to maintain and enhance our global contact center platform. You will oversee stability and governance, implement features across Europe, and collaborate with multiple IT teams to support incident management and ongoing improvements.
The role requires hands-on Genesys Cloud CX administration experience, strong contact center tech knowledge (ACD, IVR, routing, queues, agent management), and comfort with AI-powered solutions and cloud platforms.
