· Solid experience in analyzing welcome offers, onboarding programs, and affiliate initiatives.· Strong analytical skills, with experience in campaign performance evaluation, partner segmentation, KPI monitoring, and data-driven optimization.· Experience in budgeting and P&L management, including forecasting, reforecasting, and tracking ROI across multiple acquisition channels.· Proven ability to benchmark competitors and identify opportunities, ensuring continuous improvement of acquisition initiatives and partner programs.· Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, working effectively with Sales teams, Retail Partners, and cross-functional internal teams.· Fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to operate in an international, cross-functional environment.· Supplemental Health Insurance.
