Generative Craft Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a Generative Craft Specialist to join our generative studio “Playground” in Milan.

Let’s be clear: This is an operational role. We don't need someone to write slide decks about the future of AI. We need someone to sit in the engine room and build the present of AI.

The Role: You will be the hands-on creative engine of the Studio. You are the person who takes a rough concept and relentlessly iterates on the prompt, the nodes, and the compositing until it meets our standard of craft.

Responsibilities

What you’ll actually do (Daily):

• Execute: Transform briefs into generative assets (animatics, style frames, mood films) using the latest tools.
• Build: Design and maintain the node-based workflows that power our studio’s output.
• Tune: Structure and tune generation cycles for consistency across variations.
• Bridge: Translate the creative intent of our Directors into technical reality.

The Talent Stack: You’ll be working alongside our Global Head of AI and Chief Production Officer. They handle the strategy; you handle the craft.

Qualifications

You are right for this if:

• You are a Maker: You are happiest when you are actually making things. You experiment relentlessly.
• You are a Hybrid: You have the visual eye of a Designer and the technical logic of a Coder.
• You don\'t settle: You know that "default" AI output is usually mediocre. You are the one who tweaks the workflow until the lighting, texture, and emotion are exactly right.
• You are fast: You can move from concept to delivery with speed and precision.
