Generative AI Engineer

We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our delivery teams and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of enterprise AI and machine learning solutions. The service consists of a collaboration with cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, Solution Architects, Software Engineers, Integration Leads) to deliver scalable, high-quality AI solutions aligned with client business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions and LLM-based applications within enterprise environments
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
• Build and integrate AI components (RAG pipelines, model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, vector databases)
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and inference
• Contribute to the definition of solution architecture and technical design for AI systems
• Ensure alignment with best practices in ML engineering, MLOps, and responsible AI
• Support integration activities between AI services and external systems via APIs
• Participate in testing, model evaluation, and performance tuning phases, providing technical support
• Contribute to documentation (technical design, deployment guidelines, knowledge transfer materials)

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field

3+ years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer, with hands-on involvement in production AI projects

Strong programming skills in Python

Experience with ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) and the LLM ecosystem (RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, model APIs)

Proven experience in the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions

Solid understanding of integration patterns, REST APIs, and microservices

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and MLOps tools and practices

Familiarity with development best practices and delivery methodologies

Professional working proficiency in English
