Position

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join our vibrant team at the Radisson Collection Napoli.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the P&L of the hotel and oversee the daily operations.
  • Plan and supervise the activities of an extensive and diverse workforce, to ensure the smooth and profitable running of the business.
  • Be a strong and professional business leader, ensuring that hotel team members work as a well-functioning team.
  • Operate the hotel in a manner that represents the brand standards and exceeds guest expectations.
  • Responsible for actively communicating and executing the company strategies.
  • Play a key role between the central team and the owners.

Qualifications

  • Our General Managers enjoy the challenge of running our show. It's what makes your heartbeat faster!
  • You have experience in hotel management or a related field.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • You are a strategic thinker with problem‑solving skills and passion for hospitality.
  • You will balance executing and delivering the master plan with a strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation and achieving commercial results for our stakeholders.
  • You will work with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and brand reputation, ensuring adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements and managing the hotel budget.
  • Reporting to the Managing Director.

  • Languages: English and Italian.
  • MICE and sales experience within the Italian market.
  • Experience in a resort is a plus.
