Overview
We are seeking a General Manager to lead strategic and operational excellence for a prestigious global brand, with a focus on driving growth and customer experience within the premium audio and home entertainment market .
This senior leadership role will deliver sustainable revenue growth, strengthen brand positioning, and cultivate exceptional client experiences across all business channels. With a 70% strategic focus on the Stage product line and related high-end services, the General Manager will lead initiatives to expand market share, enhance operational performance, and build high-performing teams. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will ensure flawless execution of business strategies, represent the company with key partners and authorities, and drive measurable results in alignment with global objectives.
Responsibilities
- Strategic & Commercial Leadership: Define and implement an omnichannel growth strategy (retail, e-commerce, B2B) to achieve business goals and elevate customer experiences.
- Lead the expansion and performance of the Stage product line, ensuring premium service delivery.
- Develop promotional and brand-building initiatives to strengthen market presence and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain a high-value CRM database to optimize client relationships and revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership on annual and monthly plans, budgets, and market development strategies.
- Operational Excellence: Establish and refine standard operating procedures and service benchmarks across all channels.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring KPI-driven performance, productivity, and profitability.
- Drive inventory optimization and supply chain efficiency, reducing shrinkage and ensuring availability.
- Execute effective pricing, sales, and margin strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a mentor and motivator, driving engagement and team success.
- Market Development & Customer Engagement: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Lead store development initiatives, including site selection and retail modeling.
- Oversee integrated marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Governance & Reporting: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance, corporate policies, and security standards.
- Deliver detailed and insightful reports to senior leadership.
- Actively participate in corporate strategy and financial planning at a regional level.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in General or Commercial Management within luxury, premium retail, or consumer electronics / furniture sectors.
- Proven success in growing revenue, market share, and brand equity through strategic and operational initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills; ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of luxury customer expectations and premium service delivery.
- Advanced analytical and business acumen, with proven ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Italian (verbal and written).
- Agile, adaptable, and solution-oriented leader who thrives in dynamic environments.
