General Manager Medtech - Italy

We are currently seeking a General Manager – Italy to lead and drive the organization’s performance across the Italian market. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for setting direction, guiding execution, and ensuring strong financial performance in alignment with the broader corporate strategy.

This role is focused on:

• Enhancing operational effectiveness
• Building strong alignment across key functions including commercial, operations, finance, regulatory, and support teams.

The General Manager will also play a key role in defining market priorities, developing organizational capability, and delivering sustained value to customers, patients, and the business.
