Exciting Opportunity: General Manager for a New Vignette Collection resort in Sicily

Panoram Hotel Management is a forward‑thinking hotel management company with presence in Spain and Italy and a continuously growing portfolio under renowned international brands such as Hilton, IHG and Accor. Our mission is to deliver efficient, innovative and results‑driven management, supported by scalable systems, digitalization and operational excellence.

As part of our strategic expansion into Italy and the upcoming opening of a new Vignette Collection resort in Sicily , we are seeking a General Manager with strong leadership skills, strategic vision and a passion for luxury hospitality, ready to lead this landmark project and position the resort as a leading destination in both national and international markets.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold luxury standards.
• Team Management: Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive overall performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders across F&B, commercial, and rooms management to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with brand standards and continuously identify opportunities for service improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a General Manager or senior management role within 4/5-star luxury properties.
• Strong background in F&B, commercial operations, and rooms management.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills with a proactive, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent in both English and Italian.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Experience with prestigious international brands is highly desirable.
