Our client, a leading international company operating in the Trade Fair Business, is currently looking for the:
Areas of responsibilities
- Manage full country operations and hold complete P&L and personnel responsibility
- Steer, execute, and optimize exhibition activities at both local and international levels
- Deliver regular reporting to the holding company and prepare executive documentation for shareholder meetings
- Oversee the preparation of the strategic business plan, annual budgets, and year-end closings
- Drive new business development and spearhead local M&A activities to expand the company's footprint
Requirements
- Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience within the trade fair / exhibition industry
- Strong background in sales, trade fair organization, and sales representative management
- Proven track record in staff management, team motivation, and leadership
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking, decisive judgment, and high strategic capabilities
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory; knowledge of Italian is considered a strong plus
- Desire and motivation for a long-term professional engagement
