Role Overview:

We are looking for an Assistant to the General Manager Mandarin Speaker who will act as a key link between our Italian operations and the headquarters in China. This role combines coordination, project management, and strategic communication — an opportunity to work closely with top management and contribute to the success of our Italian branch within a global organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and support projects assigned by the Chinese headquarters, ensuring effective planning, execution, and communication between teams.
• Develop and optimize workflows and procedures, contributing to the introduction of IT systems and tools that enhance efficiency.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and results, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
• Identify potential risks and propose proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare reports and analyses for the local and global management teams, supporting informed decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Management Engineering, Economics, or STEM disciplines.
• 2–3 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within eCommerce, digital, IT, or consulting environments.
• Native-level Chinese speaker, fluent in Italian, and proficient in English.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and digital tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
