Job Description

The General Manager, reporting directly to the shareholders, will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Drive and design the new commercial strategy
• Oversee daily business operations and improve overall business functionality
• Develop and implement growth strategies and plans
• Manage employees, establish policies, and maintain a healthy company culture
• Evaluate performance and productivity, and implement necessary improvements
• Analyze accounting and financial data
• Build relationships with partners and stakeholders for long-term success
• Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective manner with high customer satisfaction
