Job Overview
The General Manager will lead all aspects of the property ensuring that the brand’s values of authentic hospitality, community, and creativity are fully reflected and are reflect in the guest experience.
The ideal candidate will be a genuine host and inspiring leader with a proven track record in experiential hospitality.
Entrepreneurial spirit, commercial acumen, and a passion for people are key.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Lead the existing team and add new team members.
- Drive revenue and profitability, holding full P&L responsibility.
- Advise on and manage CAPEX projects, ensuring investments align with business priorities and brand standards.
- Deliver a world‑class guest and member experience that reflects Aethos’ ethos and values.
- Partner with the corporate team to implement strategic initiatives and continuously improve performance.
- Ensure the highest standards of service, quality, customs operating efficiency.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring alignment between Rooms, F&B and Eventsодавл.
- Prepare and submit all required reports accurately and on time.
- Foster innovation, encourage ideas, and act as an ambassador of Aethos culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and local regulations.
- Represent the property in the local community, building relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Oversee and grow the Aethos Club membership base, developing engaging experiences and strong relationships with members.
Core Competencies
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 7/10 years of hospitality management experience, including experience leading multi‑department teams.
- Strong understanding of F&B operations and proven ability to launch or reposition concepts.
- Commercially Owners directed with a ability to identify and act on revenue and efficiency opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to inspire, delegate, and engage teams.
