We are conducting a confidential search for an exceptional General Manager to lead the operations of a prestigious 5-star hotel located in Naples, Italy . Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to all hotel departments, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and long-term planning to achieve commercial objectives.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, local regulations, and luxury service expectations.
• Drive revenue growth through innovative sales, marketing, and guest‑experience initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, owners, and partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Hotel Director within a luxury (5*) hotel environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Solid financial acumen and experience managing complex hotel operations.
• Deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market and guest expectations.
• Fluency in English;
  Italian is a strong advantage. Other European languages such as Spanish are desirable.
• A hands‑on, results‑oriented approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
