We are conducting a confidential search for an exceptional General Manager to lead the operations of a prestigious 5-star hotel located in Naples, Italy . This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned hospitality leader to join an international company and drive excellence across all areas of the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to all hotel departments, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and long-term planning to achieve commercial objectives.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, local regulations, and luxury service expectations.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative sales, marketing, and guest‑experience initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, owners, and partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Hotel Director within a luxury (5*) hotel environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
- Solid financial acumen and experience managing complex hotel operations.
- Deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market and guest expectations.
- Fluency in English;
