Domino's Pizza is hiring assistant managers to join our team. This is a leadership role that requires skills in judgment, math, and multitasking. As an assistant manager, you will oversee store operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. You will set an example by following all policies and procedures and expect the same from your team.
Responsibilities include: staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash management, food quality, scheduling, maintaining store standards, providing excellent customer service, attendance, transportation, cleanliness, marketing, and ensuring profitability.
Many team members have started as delivery drivers and advanced to franchise owners or corporate roles. Opportunities for growth include moving from assistant manager to general manager, franchisee, or corporate management.
