Gen-AI Producer

Overview

We are looking for an Executive Producer to join our generative studio "Playground" in Milan. This is not a traditional EP gig. We aren't looking for someone to book flights and manage craft services for a TV shoot. We are looking for the Operating System of our AI Studio.

We have built a high-performance engine (Generative Craft Specialists, Generative Linguists, and Creative Technologists). Your job is to drive it.

The Reality: Generative AI allows us to move at terrifying speeds. We can produce infinite variations in minutes. But without a rigorous backbone, "speed" just becomes "chaos." You are the order. You are the wall that separates "noise" from "signal."

Responsibilities

• The Gatekeeper: You are the single point of intake for every brief coming from Le Pub’s global offices. Nothing enters the studio without your eyes on it.
• The Translator: You translate "Client Panic" into "Studio Action." You know enough about the tech to know if a request takes 5 minutes or 5 days.
• The Traffic Controller: You manage the daily pipeline. You decide what gets prioritized, who works on what, and when we need to say "no" to protect the quality of the output.
• The Scaler: You are responsible for the workflow that allows Milan to deliver assets to 90 different markets simultaneously without breaking a sweat.

Qualifications

• You are unflappable: You have handled high-volume production before. You don\'t get stressed; you get organized.
• You are tech-literate: You don\'t need to know how to code, but you need to understand the difference between a "resizing" and a "retraining."
• You are a diplomat: You will be coordinating with global creative teams, tech teams, and local markets. You know how to manage expectations and keep everyone moving in the same direction.
• You love the new: You are tired of the old production models. You want to define how a modern, AI-augmented studio actually functions.

The Talent Stack: You will work directly with our Chief Production Officer and Global Head of AI. You are the third leg of the stool: Strategy + Tech + Operations.

Location: Milan.
