In this role you will oversee programme scope and change control to ensure alignment with strategic goals and regulatory standards. You will guide requirements identification, lead structured change management, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to embed changes into baselines. You’ll drive stakeholder engagement, training, and traceability to deliver measurable improvements in adoption and execution. Responsibilities

• Oversee scope, requirements and change control processes for the programme
• Lead requirements identification, analysis and documentation aligned with programme goals
• Implement structured change management to evaluate and document changes to scope and requirements
• Assess impact on schedule, budgets and resources; communicate changes to stakeholders
• Collaborate with PM teams to identify constraints, dependencies and resources for change
• Integrate changes into the overall programme baseline with other functions
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on change impacts and benefits
• Maintain Requirements Traceability ensuring alignment between requirements and deliverables
• Lead WBS development with hierarchical decomposition and configuration control
• Validate contract requirement achievements for release of payment milestones
• Manage team performance and ensure adherence to business policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in relevant subject
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM
• Excellent English and Italian language skills
• Availability for travel
• Proficiency in office tools
