Game Release Manager (iGaming): Coordinating release schedules for a global Digital Draw Games portfolio with an accent on cross-functional alignment and regulatory compliance. Focus on optimizing deployment pipelines, managing release readiness, and mitigating risks in complex, regulated lottery environments.

Manage the end-to-end release calendar for the Digital Draw Games portfolio. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, QA, design, and operations teams. Facilitate release planning sessions, stand-ups, and go/no-go meetings. Optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes in partnership with DevOps. Ensure all releases adhere to stringent lottery regulations, security standards, and audit requirements. Provide proactive communication on release progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Must be able to work on-site in Rome, Italy
as part of a hybrid schedule. Proven experience in release management, software deployment, or live operations. Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git, and cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience working in regulated gaming, iLottery, or iGaming environments. Solid understanding of QA methodologies and RNG certification processes. Nice to have
Relevant certifications in Agile, Project Management, or Release Management. Experience managing third-party studios or external suppliers. Culture & Benefits
