Job Purpose

We are seeking a G&A and Technology Analyst to support the financial oversight and cost control of the Digital, IT, Cybersecurity, and General & Administrative (G&A) functions within our local entity in Naples, while working in close collaboration with and under direction of the global headquarters (HQ).

This role serves as a key financial liaison, responsible for ensuring that all technology and G&A related costs, including infrastructure, digital services, cybersecurity, corporate functions, and overhead are accurately forecasted, tracked, analyzed, and reported in alignment with corporate financial objectives and governance standards.

The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and data-crunching capabilities, high attention to detail, and the ability to partner effectively across finance, operations, and functional teams, both locally and internationally. This is a hands-on role with end-to-end responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, accruals, performance monitoring, and cost optimization for Technology and G&A spend.

Key Accountabilities

* Cost Control & Financial Oversight

Support month-end close activities, prepare budgets and forecasts with department leads and finance teams, reconciling actual costs against budgets, performing variance analysis, and recommending corrective actions. Additionally, maintaining a clear cost attribution model to ensure transparency and accountability is key.

* Business Partnering & Collaboration

Act as a finance business partner for Technology and G&A teams, working closely with HQ Finance and various department owners (HQ Finance, Digital, IT, Cybersecurity, and G&A owners - e.g., HR, Legal, Facilities). Provide financial guidance to help leaders manage costs and make informed decisions, ensuring that cost allocation, reporting, and planning align with global finance standards and timelines.

* Reporting & Data Integrity

Build and improve dashboards and reporting tools to provide clear, real-time insights into Tech and G&A spending and performance. Work with complex datasets, identify inefficiencies, and support business decisions. Additionally, the role supports enhancements in financial systems, automation, and data governance, while ensuring data integrity, cost accuracy, and robust internal controls across all financial reports.

* Risk & Efficiency Management

Identifying and supporting cost optimization opportunities within Technology and G&A areas. Conduct scenario analyses, business case evaluations, and investment appraisals. Additionally, the role ensures compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.

Required qualification, experiences, skills

* 3-5 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or controlling roles, preferably in IT or technology-driven environments.

* Fluent in English;

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;

* Understanding of cost structures and financial principles related to IT services, software procurement, digital transformation, and cybersecurity;
