Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a junior resource to join the Funds Management Team and reporting to the Head of Operations PE, that will cover the following tasks within the daily job:


  • Fund accounting and NAV calculation in collaboration with the service providers in charge
  • Communications to investors
  • Administrative processes of the funds managed, in collaboration with the service providers in charge
  • Administrative processes of the special purpose vehicles, in coordination with the professionals in charge
  • Monitoring and periodical update of the records about the investment structures, in collaboration with the investment team
  • Treasury activities related to funds
  • Operational processes with outsourcers and banks
  • KYC activities, in collaboration with the professionals in charge



Your Skills


  • Economics Degree
  • Previous experience of at least 1.5 – 2 years in SGR / Depositary bank (focus on alternative, closed-ended funds) / audit (financial services)
  • Accuracy, organization and problem solving
  • Good knowledge of English (spoken and written) and the Office package
  • Flexibility and ability to manage stress
