Role and responsibilities

You will be part of Axazure Italy, a business subsidiary of the Avvale Group, specialized in Microsoft solutions, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.


You will be responsible for:

  • Analyze client business processes and translate them into functional solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Support the implementation of customized solutions aligned with operational and strategic needs
  • Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high-quality ongoing support
  • Provide assistance in resolving complex functional and process-related issues
  • Actively participate in project design and planning phases alongside management
  • Contribute to business process optimization with an analytical and results-oriented approach
  • Manage multi-company projects, including the implementation of intercompany processes
  • Analyze and improve warehouse operations and logistics flows, focusing on efficiency and performance
  • Define and optimize procurement and supply chain processes
  • Drive continuous improvement of both processes and implemented solutions


Required skills xdwybme

  • Degree in Management, Economics or related fields
  • Proven experience in consulting on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Strong ability to analyze business processes and solve problems effectively
  • Structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented mindset
  • Experience in managing client relationships
  • Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and warehouse processes
  • Ability to work on complex, multi-company projects
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
  • Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
