FREELANCE Functional / Business Analyst (Mid-Level) PIVA ONLY
Location: Milan, Italy – Hybrid (Preferred: Milan or Lombardy)
Industry: IT Consulting | Energy & Utilities | Banking & Financial Services
We’re looking for a Freelance Functional / Business Analyst (Mid-Level) with at least 4 years of experience in Agile environments , ideally within the IT consulting , energy & utilities , or financial services sectors.
This position plays a key role in supporting our business partners as they evolve to meet the personalized expectations of today’s digital customers.
What will make you successful
- Professional English proficiency (C1 or strong B2 level).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Genuine passion for digital innovation and emerging technologies.
- Natural curiosity and a problem-solving mindset .
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL (intermediate queries) and MySQL .
- Solid background in requirements gathering , functional analysis , testing , documentation , and process improvement .
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and experience collaborating within Agile software development teams.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Rally, Jira, or TFS .
