Job Description
Xchanging, a DXC Technology company, is looking for a Functional Analyst with experience in banking software systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our applications.
Responsibilities
Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Prepare documentation to support technical analysis and development. Collaborate with development teams during implementation and testing. Provide post-release support and assistance to clients. Draft and maintain product documentation.
Requirements
Experience in the banking or financial software domain and banking systems or financial applications. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and functional testing. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies. Fluency in English.
Work Location: Milan (MI) with Smart Working Possibility Offer Package The position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €33,000. Compensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CBA:Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per il personale dipendente dalle imprese creditizie, finanziarie e strumentali) and based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including responsibility, experience and skills.
