Press Officer – Full Time

Natasha Slater Studio is hiring a full-time Press Officer to join our Milan-based team.

We are not a volume PR agency.

We operate at the intersection of press, clienteling, cultural positioning, and long-term brand presence .

We work with international brands across fashion, design, hospitality, luxury, and contemporary culture . Our model combines structured press office activity with relationship-driven execution.

We are looking for someone who understands both.

Who You Are

• 3–5+ years of PR experience, ideally within fashion, design, or hospitality
• Experienced in agency or in-house press office environments
• Strong existing relationships with Italian media and a growing international network
• Confident writing press releases, pitches, and strategic narratives in Italian and English
• Comfortable managing client relationships directly
• Based in Milan and available to work full-time in the office
• Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure

This is a hands-on role.

We are not looking for someone who oversees. We are looking for someone who executes.

What You Will Do

• Lead and execute press campaigns across our client portfolio
• Develop pitch angles and editorial calendars
• Build and maintain real relationships with journalists, stylists, and cultural figures
• Secure features, interviews, and placements in leading media
• Support launches, press days, private events, and cultural activations
• Contribute to the strategic positioning of brands long-term

This Role Is Not For You If:

• You only know how to send mass emails
• You prefer remote-only work
• You need constant direction
• You are uncomfortable speaking directly to clients
