FreedHome Tech is building the most innovative AI-powered PMS on the market.

We’re hiring a Full-Stack Lead Developer (4-5+ years) with strong skills in React/Next.js and PHP (Laravel / CI) to deliver the MVP in just a few sprints.

Milan-based kick-off, then flexible/hybrid

FreedHome already offers Client Matching, FreedHome Pay (Stripe Connect), and 400+ active clients.

Now we’re completing the ecosystem with FreedHome PMS: all-in-one platform (PMS, RMS, Matching, Payments).

Who you are

• 4-5+ years with React/Next.js and PHP (Laravel or CI)
• Proven experience with Stripe Connect in production
• Full autonomy in delivering complete systems
• Fluent Italian, solid technical English
• Ambition to grow into a CTO role

️ What you’ll do

• Build the PMS (leveraging open-source where relevant)
• Expose REST/Webhook APIs ready for AI services (e.g. LangChain)
• Manage CI/CD, security and scalability
• Launch beta in August, go live in September
• Scale architecture and team toward CTO
