TECH STACK

• Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
• Backend: Next.js API Routes, Supabase, PostgreSQL
• Cloud: Cloudflare, AWS, Vercel, Many AI providers
• DevOps & Tooling: Github Actions, Sentry, Upstash

• 2+ years of experience building high-quality products
• Fluent in React and AWS
• Fluent in English
• Someone aiming to become one of the engineering leaders of the company
• You are AI first
• High velocity: product-driven, fast-moving, execution-focused
• Not afraid to own tech, product, and early architecture
• High ambition: aiming to scale fast and create something BIG

WHAT THE PROCESS LOOKS LIKE

1. Initial fit chat

30-minute initial conversation to get to know each other and see if Videotok is what you expect and if there is a potential fit regarding what we are looking for right now

2. Technical challenge

2-3 hour project interview. You will be presented with a small project and you will have 1 hour to build it. Afterwards, we will discuss together the project you have done and past projects you have built

3. Final coffee

This will be an open conversation while we have coffee, in person if you can come to Milan, or remote if you are from outside.

Here we will get to know each other better, and you will be able to ask anything :)
