Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Full Stack Developer role located in Assago. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. The Full Stack Developer will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to build innovative digital solutions for surgical training. Responsibilities include ensuring code quality, optimizing web applications for performance, and collaborating on software development cycles to meet project goals.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Full-Stack Development practices
  • Experience with Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development principles and methodologies
  • Familiarity with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for creating responsive, aesthetic interfaces
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Proficiency in version control tools like Git
  • Ability to work on-site in Assago, Italy
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent field
  • Familiarity with AR/VR or healthcare-focused applications is a bonus
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages, such as Italian, is an asset
