Full Ownership Role You will own the entire sales cycle in Italy—from cold outreach to closing deals and even supporting early customer success.
Field-Driven, High-Intensity Sales This is not desk-bound SaaS sales. You will be on the road visiting factories, analyzing shop-floor operations, and demonstrating ZUMEN directly to manufacturing leaders.
Company Car Provided A company car (for both business and private use) is provided as a core tool to succeed in this field-heavy role.
Compensation On-Target Earnings (OTE):
€50,000 – €100,000+ Breakdown: ~Approximately 75% base salary ~Approximately 25% variable commission Performance Multiplier: Achieving 200% of KPI results leads to up to 2x commission payout.
Benefits Total annual paid time off is typically 24–26 days (depending on applicable CCNL). This includes 22 days of statutory annual leave, plus additional ROL (Rol) and Ex-Festività entitlements provided under Italian labor agreements. The exact total may vary depending on the applicable national collective labor agreement (CCNL), but employees are generally entitled to a higher total leave package than the statutory minimum. Meal vouchers (€10 per working day) Health insurance Full-time permanent contract planned from September start Direct employment is the intended structure However, depending on operational or onboarding circumstances, employment via an Employer of Record (Deel) may be used as an alternative

Travel Requirements Approximately 3 days per week visiting customers and prospects Typically, approximately 2 days per week working from the Italy base office Travel throughout Italy and potentially Europe based on customer and business needs
Who We’re Looking For Native-level Italian and business-level English Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or solution sales Strong hunter mentality with high outbound activity Comfortable visiting factories and engaging directly with operators and engineers Hands-on, execution-focused mindset Valid Italian driver’s license (required)
