As an FTTH Field Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of fiber-to-the-home networks. Working closely with a dynamic team of telecom professionals, you will oversee field operations, ensure compliance with technical standards, and contribute to Italy’s digital transformation. ✅ Key Responsibilities

• Execute FTTH network design and implementation according to project specifications
• Supervise excavation, cable laying, and splicing activities on-site
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during all field operations

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in TLC network design, including mobile radio networks
• Strong knowledge of FTTH Open Fiber network architecture
• Hands‑on expertise in excavation techniques, fiber optic cable laying, and splicing
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity with Italian telecom regulations and standards
