Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead and coordinate the Amazon Shipping First Mile program, helping shape a new logistics product at scale. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet strategic targets across the supply chain. You’ll develop and launch operating solutions that drive service, growth, and cost improvements, while communicating with senior leadership. This is an entrepreneurial, fast-paced role with high visibility and meaningful impact on the future of shipping.

Retribuzione / Benefits

• Lead operational programs for Amazon Shipping and partner with AMZL/ATS operations and business teams
• Monitor weekly First mile qualitative and Cost KPIs reported in SWA and AMZL WBR
• Partner with AMZL/ATS/Commercial and Customer Support teams to improve processes and enhance performance
• Own ops readiness documents (define problem statements, impact assessment)
• Own launch/implementation and scale-up before handing over to operations as BAU

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts, lookups, nested formulas, data cleansing)

• Strong presentation skills
• Willingness to travel within the EU
