Our teams design, engineer, and build next-generation solutions to create a more agile, intelligent, and connected supply chain.

We are looking for a Frontend Software Engineer (Junior or Senior) to help us build from scratch the next generation LEA Reply frontend . This is a product organization: you’ll work on a mission-critical platform used by international clients, with real ownership and long-term impact.

What you’ll do

  • Frontend Engineering – Design and build composable, maintainable UI applications and shared libraries using React and TypeScript , with strong attention to quality, architecture and developer experience, as this framework will provide core components that will be used to compose complex applications.
  • Frontend Platform / Framework – Contribute to the core frontend framework and architecture that powers multiple enterprise applications (design system, shared components, routing patterns, state management, auth, API integration patterns).
  • Product Ownership & Impact – Take ownership of features and foundational initiatives from early design through delivery, continuously improving usability, maintainability, and consistency across the suite.
  • Engineering Excellence – Drive code quality through reviews, testing strategy, performance profiling, accessibility, security best practices, and CI/CD automation.
  • Problem Solving – Tackle ambiguous, cross-cutting problems across UI, domain complexity, and integration constraints, balancing speed, quality, and risk in an enterprise context.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Product, UX/UI, and backend engineers to translate business needs into clear technical solutions and deliver iteratively.

What you’ll bring

For Junior candidates

  • Solid foundations in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend development concepts (components, state, async, API integration).
  • Exposure to React (academic, personal, or internship projects are fine).
  • Willingness to learn engineering best practices: testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and clean architecture.
  • Clear communication and a growth mindset: curiosity, ownership, and openness to feedback.

For Senior candidates

  • Strong experience shipping production-grade frontend applications with React and TypeScript .
  • Frontend system design skills: reusable patterns, modular architecture, API contracts, performance strategies, and maintainability trade-offs.
  • Quality & Team Enablement : monitor and raise product quality through code reviews , mentoring junior engineers , and shared engineering standards.
  • Strong organizational skills (planning, prioritization, execution) with a strong target/outcome focus to drive initiatives to completion.
  • Ability to lead technical decisions across teams and drive initiatives end-to-end, aligning stakeholders on outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Experience with design systems and component libraries (theming, tokens, accessibility, documentation).
  • Experience with frontend testing (unit/integration) and observability for UI (monitoring, error tracking, performance).
  • Familiarity with enterprise concerns: authentication/authorization flows, multi-tenant apps, role-based UI, internationalization.
  • Interest in (or exposure to) backend concepts and API design (microservices, contracts, versioning).
