From the Sunset Hotels & Resorts division, we are looking for a passionate Front Office Manager for METT Milan Torre Velasca , our new Residences & Suites project located in the iconic Torre Velasca , in the heart of Milan. This role will lead the Front Office team in delivering outstanding guest experiences from arrival to departure.


Main responsibilities

  • Oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and efficient experience for our guests.
  • Lead the Front Office team in providing personalized, high-quality service, in line with luxury hotel standars.
  • Manage guest arrivals, departures, in-stay interactions and special requests
  • Supervise reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and daily financial transactions
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments to meet guest needs
  • Resolve guest concerns with a proactive and empathetic approach, ensuring highest leve lof satisfaction.
  • Train, schedule, and motivate the front office team, fostering a dynamic and positive work environment.
  • Promote upselling opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
  • Maintain full knowledge of the hotel, its offerings, and local experiences
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational standards


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a Front Office leadership role within 5* luxury hotels or lifestyle hospitality
  • Experience in luxury Suites & Residences operations will be considered an asset.
  • Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
  • Genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service and personalized experiences
  • Solid knowledge of PMS systems and front office operations
