Front Office Manager – Luxury 5-Star Hotel Location: Venice
Salary: €2800 net per month

We are seeking an exceptional Front Office Manager to lead the guest experience at our prestigious 5-star luxury hotel . This is a unique opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to shape first impressions, deliver flawless service, and maintain the highest standards of excellence in a world-class setting.
As the face of our hotel, you will oversee all front office operations, ensuring every guest interaction reflects our commitment to elegance, discretion, and personalized service.

Lead, mentor, and inspire the front office team to deliver impeccable service and exceed guest expectations.
Maintain and elevate service standards in line with the hotel’s luxury branding and 5-star reputation.
Collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
Monitor and optimize front office performance metrics, including guest satisfaction scores and operational efficiency.
Implement and uphold policies, procedures, and service protocols to maintain consistency and excellence.
Oversee the use of Property Management Systems (PMS) and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Contribute to budget planning, cost control, and revenue management for the front office department.
Proven experience as a Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or Guest Services Manager in a 5-star hotel or high-end hospitality environment .
Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with a talent for motivating and coaching staff.
Impeccable interpersonal and communication abilities, with fluency in English and Italian ;
Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft Office.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Meal during the shift;
A 1-year contract with possibility for renewal.
