Job Description

Our Front Office Agents are the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in delivering a warm, professional, and seamless welcome. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Front Office Agent ensures smooth check-in/check-out procedures, efficient handling of guest requests, and overall support in creating an exceptional and personalized stay. The role is structured on rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 excellence in service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a courteous, efficient, and personalized welcome and departure experience for all guests.

• Handle check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing using the hotel’s PMS.

• Collaborate with Concierge, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.

• Monitor arrivals and departures, VIPs, special requests, and guest preferences.

• Maintain a well-groomed, polished, and professional appearance at all times.

• Support night audit procedures and emergency protocols when assigned to overnight shifts.

• Ensure compliance with company standards, data protection regulations, and internal policies.

• Contribute to a culture of hospitality, elegance, and proactive guest engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.

• Previous experience (minimum 1–2 years) in a similar front office role within luxury hospitality.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-oriented mindset.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, especially under pressure.

• Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude.

• Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are a plus.

• Experience with hotel property management systems is an advantage.

• Availability to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Legal right to work in Italy.
