ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMA

Opening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental.

Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian.

The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome.

ABOUT THE JOB

Under the supervision of the Front Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Covering reception shifts (check-in/check-out, reservations, billing, cash handling, and guest requests),

  • Managing the front desk independently in the absence of the Front Office Manager,

  • Ensuring a smooth and high-quality guest experience in compliance with hotel standards and procedures,

  • Guaranteeing adherence to internal procedures,

  • Leading and motivating the reception team, managing conflicts, being attentive to staff needs, and ensuring team cohesion,

  • Contributing to the organization of the front office to ensure it is efficient, dynamic, and reflects a positive image of the hotel,

  • Anticipating guest and operational needs, participating in back-office administrative tasks, assisting with recruitment for the reception team, and helping manage and organize the reception schedule.

ABOUT YOU

You have an excellent professional appearance, a strong sense of service, and outstanding interpersonal skills.

You are attentive to details and work well as part of a team.
You are autonomous, dynamic, and rigorous.
You demonstrate initiative and are flexible with working hours.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office, and ideally in the OPERA property management system.

You are fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is an advantage.
