We are seeking an inspiring Front Desk Shift Leader to lead our reception team and ensure an exceptional first impression for every guest in Borgo Santo Pietro. Combining operational excellence with warm, intuitive service, you will oversee daily front desk operations, support the team in delivering seamless guest experiences, and maintain the estate’s standards of elegance and hospitality. You will act as a trusted point of contact for guests and colleagues, balancing leadership, organisation, and attention to detail with a calm, approachable presence.



Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Supervise and mentor the front desk team, cultivating a culture of professionalism, warmth, and high-efficiency.
  • Lead the training and professional development of front desk staff through hands-on guidance and motivation to elevate service standards and refine guest interaction skills.
  • Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, guest requests, ensuring optimal staffing levels, smooth transitions across all shifts, and following the LQA Standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest feedback, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate fluidly with Housekeeping, F&B, and Events departments to provide a unified, seamless journey for every visitor.



Who you are:


  • A 2 years experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in luxury hotels, resorts, or boutique estates.
  • A natural leader who inspires confidence, professionalism, and a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, attentive to detail, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Organised, proactive, and commercially aware, capable of managing complex operations with precision.
