About the Role
As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the welcoming face of the school and the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors. You will play a key part in ensuring the front‑of‑house experience reflects the school’s values and commitment to excellence. In this role, you will manage reception duties, coordinate visitor access in line with safeguarding procedures, and handle day‑to‑day enquiries with professionalism and warmth. You will also support a range of administrative functions, from maintaining records and updating databases to assisting with attendance reporting, first aid, deliveries, and preparation of meeting spaces. Your work will directly contribute to the school’s smooth operation, strong communication, and positive relationships across the whole community.

Who We Are Looking For
You will thrive in this role if you are organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. You bring excellent communication skills, strong IT abilities, and the confidence to multitask in a busy environment. You enjoy working with children, can stay calm under pressure, and take pride in being helpful and solution‑focused. You are fluent in English and ideally Italian, with experience in a similar role and a natural ability to collaborate effectively. Most importantly, you demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a clear commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing.
