As a Front Desk & Guest Experience Intern, you will be the welcoming face of this unique environment, supporting our team in creating meaningful and memorable experiences for every visitor.

The ideal candidate is curious, empathetic, and passionate about design and hospitality.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Welcome and warmly guide guests through their visit, managing arrivals and departures with a professional and friendly touch
• Support the front desk operations, providing first impressions and essential information to every visitor.
• Collaborate on planning and executing special events and presentations that bring the showroom to life.
• Support the Guest Experience team in daily operations, ensuring every detail runs smoothly.
• Coordinate daily schedules and maintain accurate guest records to keep the experience seamless.
• Oversee the cloakroom organization, maintaining order and upholding company standards.
• Ensure the showroom environment always reflects the high-quality standards of Molteni&C.
• Lead guided tours when needed, sharing stories about the products, the brand, and the design philosophy.
• Bring the Molteni&C heritage to life through engaging storytelling about the collections and design history.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• A genuine passion for design, furniture, and hospitality.
• Strong organizational skills, including effective time and priority management.
• Problem-solving attitude and commitment to completing tasks.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.
