Are you ready to take your outbound sales experience abroad and build something long-term?
Join Accelerate in Malta as a Business Development Representative , where you’ll move beyond high-volume calling into a role with real career progression, client influence, and uncapped earning potential. You’ll be part of our growing commercial team, driving our expansion across Malta and international markets.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prospecting and connecting with Finance and Legal companies across Malta and more
- Cold calling and identifying new business opportunities in target markets
- Scheduling and attending meetings with clients as you grow into a full sales cycle role
- Contributing to our business growth and helping shape our presence in Malta and offshore
- Working closely with experienced leaders who will mentor and support your progression
- Earning Uncapped Commission for every deal with an average OTE for year 1 €42k+ and year 2 €56k+
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of outbound sales experience (B2B or B2C – insurance, finance, call center agents, telecoms)
- A goal-oriented mindset and confidence in prospecting and phone-based outreach
- Ambition to grow into a long-term, strategic sales role
- Fluency in English
- Readiness to relocate permanently to Malta
