Octorate is seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in French to join the Rome-based Customer Success team in a hybrid work setup. You will guide clients through digital transformation and ensure partners in France and international markets receive maximum value from the platform.
Responsibilities include onboarding, multi-channel support, and helping clients optimize direct bookings, with collaboration across Product and Training teams. Hybrid presence in Rome is required.
