We are managing this recruitment process in collaboration with one of our strategic partner companies, a dynamic technology company who are currently expanding our team to drive the growth and evolution of our product offerings.

About the role:

We are looking for a freelancer collaborator to independently manage the personnel selection process with the goal of identifying the best talent who share the values and objectives of the company.

Your daily activities will include:

• Gathering and analyzing needs, defining the professional profiles to be sought.
• Writing and publishing job advertisements on dedicated channels.
• Screening CVs and conducting individual and group interviews.
• Administering and interpreting psychological and aptitude tests.
• Assessing candidates' soft skills and potential.
• Supporting research and evaluation activities.
• Defining a shortlist of candidates.
• Managing reporting and updating internal databases.
• Supporting employer branding and onboarding activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology (preferably in Work and Organizational Psychology).
• Registration with the Board of Psychologists (preferred).
• Knowledge of the main personnel selection and assessment techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and empathetic skills.
• Good command of the Office package and collaboration tools (Teams, professional social networks, recruiting platforms, etc.).
• Fluent in English (B2/C1 level).
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Discretion and results-oriented.
