Combining craftsmanship, industrial excellence and design culture, Artesia collaborates with architects, developers, general contractors and design studios worldwide to deliver bespoke natural stone applications for residential, hospitality and commercial developments.

As part of our European expansion , we are looking to establish collaborations with independent professionals active within the architecture and construction ecosystem across Europe.

This opportunity is particularly relevant for professionals already involved in architectural projects and participating in the early design or material specification phases .

Collaboration Model

This is an independent freelance collaboration , not a traditional employment role.

Partners typically operate within their own professional environment and network, identifying projects where Artesia’s solutions may be relevant and introducing them during the design or material specification phases.

At the same time, when relevant opportunities arise in specific regions or projects, Artesia may also involve local partners to support the development of those opportunities.

Compensation is performance-based , with commissions generated from projects developed and

successfully completed.

Who This Opportunity Is For

We are particularly interested in professionals active within the European architecture, design and construction sectors , including:

- Business developers or export managers in furniture, architectural surfaces or design materials

- Architects and interior designers involved in material specification

- Project managers or consultants working with developers, contractors or architecture firms

- Professionals involved in residential, hospitality or commercial developments

Responsibilities

- Identify and develop project opportunities within architecture and construction

- Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, developers and contractors

- Introduce Artesia solutions within projects where natural stone applications are relevant

- Support the integration of Artesia materials within architectural specifications

- Act as a commercial interface between the client and Artesia

- Contribute to negotiations and support project closure

- Coordinate with Artesia’s internal technical and commercial teams when required

- Operate autonomously within your own professional network or market

Requirements

- Experience in architecture, construction, interior design materials or related sectors

- Direct access to projects, clients or decision-makers within the design process

- Established professional network within one or more European markets

- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong results orientation

- Previous experience with commission-based or project-driven collaborations is appreciated

- Excellent English skills (additional languages are a plus)
