Freelance Grant Consultant / Europrogettista (EU Funding)

We are looking for a Freelance Grant Consultant / Europrogettista to support the preparation of European funding proposals, particularly under programmes such as Horizon Europe, ERC, and EIC .

You will collaborate with innovative companies, research organisations, and international consortia to develop high-quality grant applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and writing of EU grant proposals (e.g. Horizon RIA and IA, LIFE, DIGITAL, ERC, MSCA, EIC, Eureka Eurostars, etc.)

• Contribute to proposal structuring, work packages, and impact sections

• Coordinate inputs from partners and ensure coherence across the proposal

• Work directly with clients and international consortia throughout the proposal process

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience supporting EU grant applications

• Ability to work independently with clients and international partners

• Familiarity with AI tools to support research, writing, and productivity

• Experience working in fully remote and distributed teams

• Fluent written and spoken English ; additional European languages are a plus

Domain expertise in at least one of the following areas:

• Health & Life Sciences

• AI / Digital Technologies

• Energy & Climate Tech

• Industrial Engineering

• Social Sciences & Public Policy
