For a large international transformation program, we are looking for a Freelance Change Management Specialist to lead market-level change activities in Italy . The role focuses on ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working as part of a global SAP transformation program .

You will act as the bridge between the global program organization and the Italian business , ensuring that global standards are implemented effectively while addressing local needs and driving stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Market Change Leadership
- Own and execute the market change and communication plan aligned with the global SAP program.
- Act as the main point of contact for change activities impacting employees in Italy.
- Ensure global change initiatives are effectively translated to the local market.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify and engage key stakeholders including leadership, HR, and business representatives.
- Build a strong local change network to support adoption and gather feedback.
- Monitor stakeholder readiness and escalate risks when required.
Communications & Engagement
- Deliver clear and consistent communications tailored to the Italian organization.
- Ensure effective feedback loops and employee engagement throughout the transformation.
Enablement & Adoption
- Coordinate training and enablement activities using global program materials.
- Monitor adoption levels and adjust change plans where necessary.
Governance & Risk Management
- Align market change activities with global governance and program timelines.
- Identify adoption risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Track progress and report on change readiness within the market.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in change management within large SAP or ERP transformation programs .
- Experience working in global rollout or template-driven implementations .
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience with change frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR, or Kotter . xdwybme
- Ability to work effectively with global, regional, and local teams.
Contract Details
- Freelance / Contract role
- Hours per week: 30-32
- Location: Italy (Rome - Turin - Remote)
- Start: ASAP until end of February 2027
