Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a Franchising Trainer to join KIKO MILANO’s Global Franchising Team, reporting to the Franchising Senior Manager.
Such talent will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the Europe Franchising Training Strategy, ensuring alignment with KIKO Global Guidelines and guaranteeing that franchise partners deliver the same level of excellence as directly operated stores.
This role is highly field-based and requires frequent travel across the extended European area, as these markets are also part of the regional scope.
In particular, you will:
- Deploy and localize the Global Training Strategy across all European continent franchise markets, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational excellence.
- Design and coordinate the delivery of training programs, adapting content to local market needs while maintaining consistency with global guidelines.
- Monitor and support training execution in-store, ensuring franchise teams meet the same standards as directly operated stores through coaching, mentoring, and field visits.
- Track training performance and impact, using KPIs and feedback to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Gather and communicate franchisee needs and feedback to HQ, proposing adaptations or addressing specific local requirements when necessary.
- Lead the rollout of the Retail Excellence Model in the region, ensuring consistency and quality across all partner stores.
- Build and nurture a strong local trainer network to facilitate training needs, foster high engagement, and ensure long-term adoption of best practices.
- Interact frequently on-field with franchisee partners, supporting them directly in store to strengthen execution, engagement, and compliance with brand standards.
What you will need to succeed
- University degree (preferably in Business, Human Resources, Education, Retail Management or related field)
- Previous experience in retail, ideally in sales, store management, or similar customer-facing roles
- 1–3 years of experience as a Trainer / Franchising Trainer / Retail Trainer, preferably in a multi-store or multi-country environment
- Coaching and mentoring skills, with a strong focus on improving on-field performance
- Ability to analyze training results, KPIs, and feedback to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Solid understanding of retail operations, product knowledge, customer service, and retail excellence standards
- Excellence knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English is mandatory; other languages are a plus
