A leading company in multi-service solutions in Rome seeks a Sales Manager to drive the sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract signing. The role includes overseeing sales strategy, managing client relationships, and ensuring accurate pipeline reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Generate and qualify leads via market research and outreach.
  • Conduct product presentations and proposal development.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with key accounts.
  • Track sales metrics and update CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or franchising.
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in Italian and English.
