Job Title: Fractional Sales Manager (Fintech/Real Estate)

Location : Milan/Remote

Duration: 2 months contract (possibility to renew)

Compensation: Monthly Retainer: €500 + attractive sales commission

Headquartered in Milan with a subsidiary in Germany, our team comprises seasoned international professionals poised to disrupt the real estate industry.


Mission: 

We are looking for closers. Your goal is to identify, engage, and convert high-ticket investors (tickets ranging from €5k to €50k+) through outreach and the strategic leveraging of your professional network.


Key responsabilities:

  • Build and execute an outreach machine targeting HNWIs and retail investors.
  • Leverage your existing network of connections in the financial and real estate sectors.
  • Own the investor journey from the initial pitch to the final "Commit" button on the platform
  • Conduct 1-on-1 consultations, articulating the value proposition of Piece vs. traditional asset classes.


Candidate Profile: 

You are a top performer who speaks the financial language. You likely have a background in Fintech, Wealth Management, or Real Estate Sales.

  • Experience: 3+ years in high-ticket sales or financial advisory. 
  • You can explain complex financial structures and real estate metrics (Net Yield, Capital Gains, rental yield ) with simplicity and authority.
  • You don't wait for marketing leads; you create your own pipeline.
  • You have an active portfolio of potential investors 


Compensation:

  • Monthly Retainer: €500 fixed.
  • Success Fee: A performance-based percentage (X%) on every Euro of capital raised. Detailed commission tiers will be discussed during the interview.
