FP&A Planning & Insights Lead
Location: European HQ in Vimercate (MB). Responsibilities
Coordinate preparation and presentation of executive-level reports and financial reviews, synthesizing data from various departments and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Drive the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring consistency and integrity across scenarios and alignment with business goals. Act as a key finance partner to business controlling functions, leading ad‑hoc analysis and strategic assessments to support decision‑making. Champion continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting. Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture within the function. Qualifications
8–10 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or finance roles, preferably in a multinational industrial company or consulting firm. Proven track record in leading planning cycles and financial reporting processes. Solid understanding of financial modeling, business analytics, and performance management. Technical Skills
Advanced in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI, VBA‑programming, or other BI tools. Familiarity with Oracle EPM suite (SmartView, Essbase) strongly preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Access and ThinkCell is a plus. Soft Skills
Teamwork oriented, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to influence across functions and senior stakeholders. Strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on approach and attention to detail. High level of analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability. Strong project management skills and capability to drive cross‑functional initiatives. Employment Type
Permanent contract; full‑time. Compensation
Minimum gross annual salary: €60,000. The position includes access to an individual or collective variable incentive scheme based on the achievement of predefined performance objectives (KPIs); alternatively, any additional variable compensation components or benefits will be governed by applicable company policies.
